This means it offers more than just calcium; it's a full complex! A very good brand, with a large can that lasts about 4 months. I ordered for myself and my friend, splitting it makes it more economical. The only minor drawback is the large tablets, but it's manageable. I highly recommend it!

Good quality product
I have been taking this product for a few years. It works well, is reasonably priced, and the pills are not too large. They are fairly smooth, so they don't get stuck in my throat. The quality seems good, and the large quantity means fewer reorders.
